It would be nice if there was a little more information. Like do they do small projects or only major work? And potentially, some idea about pricing?

Dieter Kuhnert Resotorations. Nothing to big or too small. He does a lot of custom furniture for the Getty's but made this sublime demilune table for my landing strip. Solid walnut, no veneer, with a hard hand rubbed varnish finish and just the natural walnut color. 415.822.3813

I'd also recommend JC at Bamboo Kitchens SF (http://discoverbamboo.com). He does both custom cabinetry and refacing of existing. His is very reasonable and very high quality.
