Etsy Find: Shelf Wall Decals

Books and knickknacks add warmth and personality to a room, aspects that can be lacking if you've just moved out for the first time, or from a small place with few possessions to a larger one. We don't have this problem, but what a great, tongue-in-cheek way to address it for those who do.

TastySuite offers this and a range of faux home-furnishing wall decals in a variety of fun, poppy colors. This bookshelf would be a cinch to tidy up, eh Cure-ers?

I think these would be brilliant to be set behind an actual shelf with stuff, to add some interesting depth and color. I wouldn't put them up by themselves.

Sometimes the tongue needs to stay out of the cheek. Also, barfy sofa!

The shelf is not hot, but they have jackalopes. Yes, jackalopes. Love them. LOVE them.

I know everyone is getting tired of decals, but I was thinking of using them as a stencil. Maybe paint the entire wall over the decal and then peel it off. Or would this be too reminiscent of a decal?

I agree, kimdog, this is a very dumb idea.

I like AMutt's idea, but since AT is all about throwing out junk and clutter, do we then need to turn around and buy fake images of junk/clutter?

The taste level of this site is beyond low. Seriously--are you guys pretending to like this to drive traffic?
