Nama Rococo Wallpaper Panels

Wallpaper or art? Nama Rococo wallpaper panels are worthy of framing. In fact, several of the patterns are so bold and intricately-worked that they'd be overwhelming as repeat patterns. Case in point: French Dot, above, which dances like a Miro or a Kandinsky.

This is no surprise considering that these panels are hand-made and hand-screened, and that they are the designs of a fine artist, Karen Combs, who's intrigued by repeat patterns.

We'd noticed Karen's panels some time ago at Rose and Radish and we saw them again at ICFF this past weekend. Both sightings stopped us in our tracks.

25" x 38" sheets go for $126 to $320.

R&R carries two prints, Sixty-Eight ($126) and French Dot ($320).

Bonus: D*Sponge's tour of Karen's North Adams home.

I bought my panel of Frech Dot from Rose and Radish and had it framed for my bedroom - and it looks great! Now I'm just trying to figure out my bedding and windows... Perhaps once I get that all figured out I'll be brave enought to share the results!
