Share Photos with a Photo Lampshade

Do you go back and look through old photo albums? Do you even have any old photo albums? I find many of my photos end up languishing on my hard drive, never to be seen again by human eyes. This simple DIY project can bring some of your hidden photographs to light... literally.

Photographer Nadine is always looking for new ways to display photos, especially living in a small home with limited wall space. Thinking outside the proverbial box, she decided to create a collage of favorite photos that could be printed on tracing paper and become the shade for a lamp.

Use only photos of a child for a kids' bedroom, or create a family collage that you can use in a more public space, like a family room. I love the black and white, almost sepia tone quality you get once the light is shining through.
