We love Kitchen Scales and we love telling you about every new, innovative and pratical scale that comes on the market. We're sure you remember our roundup of 10 Digital Kitchen Scales We Love &mdash and well, there's going to be another one added to that list!

The Shell Scale, designed by Morph Design for Joseph Joseph is so appropriately named. We absolutely love it when appliances meet form and function perfectly.
The Shell Scale looks just like a shell when the measuring bowl is stored on top of the scale. When you're ready to use the scale, just lift the bowl off and place it on the scale. You can begin pouring items onto the bowl and read the measurements. The scale even allows you to add more than one item into the bowl by pressing the add and weigh function. That way you can throw several ingredients and still have a correct reading. There's even an auto power off button that helps to maximize the battery life.
The unique shape of the bowl not only serves as an attractive cover for the scale, but it makes moving the ingredients from measuring bowl to mixing bowl fairly easy.
The Shell Scale isn't available on Joseph and Joseph yet, but we have a feeling it'll be there soon. There isn't any pricing information available, but after taking a look at other products offered, the Shell Scale will most likely be competitively priced.

Shaw's Original Fir...
So, uhhh, what are you measuring there? How many kilos is that? ;)
@ryanprouty LOL! It's flour silly!
'flour'...is that what the kids are calling it these days?
please let us know when this is available!
The scale above is beautiful.
We love our scale:

It's compact, easy to clean, and visually unobtrusive. We can choose how we measure what we're weighing (grams, ounces, etc.) and can zero out anything we weigh it on which lets us weigh goods in the bowls or plates that we use in food prep. It's an Alton Brown recommendation that we snagged and have loved ever since.
