Yesterday, I had the pleasure of getting a tour of "what's new" at Room & Board on Ohio, just off Michigan Avenue. There are some really great pieces for 2010, no question about it, but as we neared the end of the tour, we happened upon a small corner of the design studio on the third floor that I have to mention right away.

Floor models are normally sent to the outlet in Minnesota for sale, but once a year, the "design classics" floor models are sold directly from the Chicago store.
