We've been seeing lots of revamped shipping containers lately, but the living roof, big windows and great colors on this makeover caught our eye. This container is a perfect little escape for one Texas family, click on through to see all it has to offer.
This space is used as a guesthouse, playhouse and garden retreat for artist Stacey Hill and her family. Designed by architect, Jim Poteet, they installed bamboo flooring and wallcovering, a shower, sink and composting toilet, heating and air-conditioning and floor to ceiling windows and glass doors. Measuring 8 ft by 40 ft, it is the perfect size for an additional play space! See more photos over at Dwell.
