Shoe Wheel by Rakku ($65)

The verdict is still undecided, but we're very intrigued with this Shoe Wheel we spotted on the Stylefiles. Essentially, it's a gigantic rolodex for shoes! From Rakku, This shoe holder is meant to maximize your closet storage space, and help keep your shoes organized, providing a great option to the standard hanging shoe storage systems.

We like that it has wheels and can easily roll out of your closet and roll back in when your done. It also reminds us of a giant hamster wheel... or one of those lottery/wheel-of-fortune type things. Could take selecting what shoes to wear in the morning to a whole new level... what do you guys think? (available here)

I think it's fun and I love the style files, too!

I am always at a loss with what to do with my shoes. Is it bad to admit that I'd need two? (although I wouldn't fill one of them completely) This might be a cool solution as opposed to the pricey California Closets redo I covet.

This is brilliant -- my closet (not closeted) OCD kicked into overdrive as soon as I saw it.

Sounds good on paper, but no, you can't do that to precious shoes - shoes are not gerbils!!! They need to be in the original boxes with polaroids taped to the front, Cribs-style.
