Ok, so Ursula's fifth birthday is tomorrow and I wanted to fill up balloons with her, but I really wanted them to float and fly like they do when you get them at the circus or at a party store. So I asked around and found this helium balloon kit for not too much money that will fill up enough balloons for the party. I'm very excited, but I haven't used it yet, so I can't totally vouch for it.... yet. BTW, the tank is not that big (it just looks big) and it's very, very light since it's filled with, you guessed it, helium. :-)
