This month we tested toffee from around the country and ranked Elan's toffee by Maralyn of Grosse Point, MI as the best we tasted in the strictly retail category. It may already be close to Christmas, but this stuff will wow you all year long, so don't be shy. Maralyn's website is old fashioned, you have to send her a check or money order to get your toffee and she's not even selling during the warmer months, but it's all worth it.
