After spending the weekend with Christiane of DwellStudio at the America'sMart, I had to pull up one of her brandest new designs that show an heavy European influence and a move away from the boxy, modern shapes of the past few years towards a more languid, curvy elegance. The Jensen Chair is a statement chair that also is open and inviting, ready for reading, lounging or chatting around a coffee table opposite a deep sofa. It can be done in a bold, eye catching fabric, but I'd keep is neutral and calm as in the pic.
