When I was a kid these were the Rolls Royces of flashlights and expensive. Now they're affordable and have an LED option too. This flashlight is awesome and affordable and will LAST.

Thanks for this, Maxwell. Particular stores jacked up the prices of some things people needed to prepare for hurricane Sandy. When our flashlight busted, I went out to get a small Maglight, and the price on one that takes 2 AAs was $20 at one store, $22 at another. They usually go for about $10 around here.
Maglite has agreements with a few battery manufacturers if you ever have damage from leaking cells. I wish I had know this years ago.
