I've tested a lot of air purifiers over the past twenty years, but this one is the best one I've seen at the high end. Sure, you can get a totally decent air purifier for a lot less and it will do the job (and I recommend that on many occasions), but this one has two things that others do not: it's very slim, so that if fits really easily against a wall in any room, and it's totally, totally silent, which is a miracle. I have one in my bedroom and it runs all the time on automatic, but I rarely ever hear it. That's the pinnacle of performance in my mind.
