My mother-in-law's home in LA has a strong Mexican theme going on. She visits Mexico often and always brings a little something back. Unlike in the East where folks import lobster buoys and dark, New England colors for rustic charm, Los Angeles is definitely influenced by all things Mexican. These candles are just a part of it, but they really are beautiful, big, long burning fixtures. The wax is darker and creamier than anything we've seen (like beeswax), they burn well and they are affordable.
