I bought these as a house warming for friends a year ago, and I just saw them again in their house and loved them. They're even better than I remember. Made of very thin, unglazed porcelain, the three urchin designs glow with a candle inside. Two are similar and different in size, while the covered one is very "urchiney". Mixing the three, however, is the right thing to do.

I have a set of three that my mother convinced me to purchase, either in 2006 or 2008 (forget which apartment I was moving into when I bought them) at a "Homesense" store in Canada, but they're identical (like the two with the finer nubs) and they're pre-filled with wax. They were a great addition to my nautically-themed bathroom, but since they sit on the window sill, they're covered in black dust. Haven't really figured out the best way to get the dust off the wax...
