Spotted at ICFF in May, this beautiful, new LED task lamp is now for sale with an October ship date. Utilizing ultra-thin flat panel LED technology that burns cool and illuminates large areas with a "brilliant, perfectly even warm light", this is the beginning of the next generation of task lamps. The lamp is counterweighted with a 3-axis range of motion, comes in two colors (more to come? I hope so) and is a very approachable $350.
