Andersonville has become a little home design Mecca in the past few years. What sets The Haymaker Shop apart from the other shops in the neighborhood is its focus on local designers.Owner Arrin Williams' concept behind The Haymaker Shop is to showcase Chicago and Midwest designers and artisans. Lucky for us, he has succeeded in this ... and quite handsomely, too! The store is chock full of gorgeously crafted and sustainably sourced items. From furniture to accessories, not to mention some adorable toys (a tree swing or slingshot, anyone?), Arrin has a great eye for gorgeous product.
Some of my favorite items include the chalkboard skulls ($38) in the fourth photo, the salvaged wood chair with upcycled woven belt seat ($135) in the fifth photo, and the Chicago "L" pillows ($40) in the eighth photo.
