Past Perfect, which has a store on Union, opened a second store -- on Lombard -- on October 1. We're told that it has the same square footage as the original store, but the difference is that it's a wide open space: the ceilings are high, and the stock doesn't include many small items, which would be completely dwarfed. The selection's eclectic, from mid-century to French provincial to antique English pine to Asian.
The prices seemed high, but it may be that we're just jaded from scavenging Craigslist and flea markets. Since, like its sister store, it's a collective with items from different dealers, it's worth checking in every so often.
