Located in Brooklyn's Clinton Hill neighborhood, RePop is a goldmine of vintage mid-century furniture and artwork. You'll find the usual — Paul McCobb tables and chairs, Danish modern credenzas — as well as the occasional odd piece, like a dinged up red and yellow Krueger Beer sign or a kitschy garden gnome.
The store is packed with stuff — much of it good and some of it junky. Prices are reasonable for New York (meaning a lot more than GoodWill but less than 1stDibs).
95 percent of what they carry is vintage or recycled, and they offer interior design services if you need help styling your home. Initial consultations are free. They also feature a small gallery of local artists and host exhibition openings every few months.
For more information, check them out online — although they list a number of items on their site, you have to call for pricing and purchasing info.
