Retrofit Home, located in the urban and trendy neighborhood of Seattle's Capitol Hill, occupies a gorgeous space in a round corner building on Pike Street. This is one of those stores I frequent just to stroll around drooling and decorating my dream house in my mind.
Shop owners Jon Milazzo and Lori Pomeranz wanted to create a modern home furnishings store with a neighborhood feel that was accessible to everyone. Retrofit Home has everything from candle holders, greeting cards and art books to couches, one of a kind side tables and dining sets. They strive to sell modern furnishings with clean lines and lots of color while still keeping the aesthetic warm and friendly.
There are over 80 product lines in the store so you definitely get an eclectic feel as you walk around, but they have done a great job at making it all flow together seamlessly.
