Should I Hire a Pro to Repair Drexel Dresser for Resale?

Good Questions

Q: I bought this circa 1954 Drexel Biscayne dresser for a great price on Craigslist. It is in its original condition, but has some slight damage to it. My intention is to resell it for a profit.

I have seen on the internet that it can retail for $1,900.00 in perfect condition. There is a small missing piece of veneer on the side, but other than that most of the wear appears to be pretty surface. Should I sell as-is? Or should I try to DIY? My dad is pretty good with with woodworking and finishing. Or should I have the repairs done by a professional?
