We came across the site Sh*t My Kids Ruined (minus the *) a few weeks ago and were reminded of it by a recent article in the Times. (We had joked on our personal Facebook page that we were going to start a companion site called Sh*t My Cats Ruined, but that's another story.) Quite simply, it's a site documenting things ruined by children: your computers, your furniture, your clothes, your boobs, your social lives, etc. The site was started by Julie Haas Brophy, an upstate New York mom, and thrives on reader contributed photos and commentary that will make you laugh, groan and feel a little better about whatever it is your kids have ruined.
