The topic of how to organize and display children's artwork is one that comes up frequently. In response, we've seen dozens of terrific ideas.
But at some point, all the clipping, scanning, framing, printing, and bounding just becomes too much. This happened to me recently when my son brought home a beautiful painting on oversized paper. No frame I had on hand would fit. It didn't fit in the scanner. So we just taped it to the wall, and it looks great. (Washi tape could dress it up a bit if you have some.)
This little impromptu art gallery on the front door of a house featured over at Design*Sponge is both simple and sweet. It's an out of the way spot but also a sure way to put a smile on your face every time you leave the house. If you're interested to see more of this home (Jill Malek's), check it out at Design*Sponge.

Shaw's Original Fir...
The back of my pantry is my favorite place to display art too. I love that it's usually seasonal- so I try to swap it out monthly (and photograph the display each month as a keepsake).
Here's what ours looks like: http://cleansmartsimple.blogspot.com/2012/02/artwork-displays.html
A friend painted the entire wall in her child's playroom with magnetic paint. It's like a massive refrigerator door space for posting art, photos, alphabet magnets, etc.
