Singapore is planning to transform a former railway into a park, a la the High Line. Only instead of being 22 blocks, their's will be 15 miles, and run the entire length of the country.

Japanese firm Nikken Sekkai won the bid to build the expansive park on what was a railway built by the British at the turn of the 20th century. Preliminary designs include bike and pedestrian paths along the entire expanse, as well as eight "activity" nodes along the way for activities like yoga, rock climbing, urban farming, or watching wildlife in the rainforest.
