Single Women Purchasing Homes at Twice the Rate of Single Men

All the single ladies, all the single ladies... are becoming homeowners. Since the 90s, single women have been purchasing property at twice the rate of single men, according to the National Association of Realtors. Last year, single women hit 18% of the household composition in the NAR's Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers.
