I've never really bought into the "working and standing all day" standing desk camp, knowing the body doesn't work nor feel optimal when forced to stay in one position all day (and why I'm intrigued with the moving version). Being stuck on my backside isn't ideal either, so it seems like common sense transitioning between standing and sitting would strike a happy medium for posture, muscle strength, and general well-being as proposed by this Herman Miller video...
