This felt wine rack is practically designed for people who live in small spaces, or just people who don't tend to keep a lot of wine on hand so don't need a wine rack as a permanent fixture in their home. We love that when it's not in use it folds flat and can be tucked away in a drawer, not to mention the fact that it's made from eco-friendly industrial felt wool.
Available for $40 from Branch.

Love this wine rack. Love it so much, in fact, that I blogged it at Living Small in February. An awesome solution for those who live in small spaces. Plus, it looks cool.
Nice find.
I'm going to make this-it looks simple and chic and can probably swing it for less than $10 for the felt. Yay!
Is the footprint bigger than if you just stood the bottles upright? Most wine doesn't need to be stored sideways, esp. if you're going to drink it pretty quickly. I'm not trying to be smarty-pants, I'm just asking. I don't really see the point of wine racks--we buy it by the case, and just keep it in the boxes.
