Top 20 (actually 22) Best Mac OS X Software tools: List includes the TypeIt4Me, which expands abbreviations you've programmed into the full word or sentence--especially if you type the same things over and over frequently, it saves you a lot of trouble;

Snapz Pro X, which allows you to make a video of actions on your computer screen (potentially saving you tons of time trying to explain how to do something to a less-tech-savvy friend); and good 'ol PDF, which allows the author to do things like his taxes with extreme ease.

Vonage looses lawsuit over patent infringement brought by Verizon...Vonage has yet to make money off its Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP), and now they must pay a 5.5% per customer royalty fee for use of 3 technology patents held by Verizon. What this means exactly for Vonage customers has yet to be seen.
