More, I want more! Great analysis, Wende! I can't wait to see your post on the predominance of color-coded bookshelves and "that" Eames chair.
It's coming, it's coming -- I started a new job yesterday, so I'm in that three-day period when your brain is totally re-forming around the new routine...
..but it's a huge incentive to have an audience.
this is genius. i love it. wende - thanks for pulling all of the data together in such an easy/fun-to-read site!
how about the number of times cats or other animals (well especially cats) appear...
Recently I noticed in a picture of Ray Eames in her living room that there was some kind of animal skin rug/throw on the living room sofa. Maybe this trend is another homage to the Eames duo. I also noticed there were layer upon layer of carpets in the Eames' living room. Hmmmmm, sound like anyone we know?
Pets are on the to-do list...
...Careen's making it sound like the Eames issue isn't as uncomplicated as I'd originally thought... hmmmm...
Good job Wende. I read it all and it makes sense.
