Every detail has been designed to celebrate the view while also maximizing the small 875 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath. Upon entering you are immediately draw outside to the balcony by its open floor plan & linear zebra wood floors. In addition, Its ceiling mounted projector, hidden 125” screen, & many built in details help to make the this amazing view even more enjoyable.

What was one of the biggest challenges you faced in furnishing your small home? Our biggest challenge was where to put the TV as we did not want it in the bedrooms. To solve this challenge we decided to mount a projector on the ceiling and use a large retractable screen to project on. This turned out to be a great solution as it doubled as a window shade. After building a small box to hide it, you couldn't even tell it was there. We actually liked it so much we put one our master bedroom as well Minus the projector of corse.
We started looking for this solution in all the usual spots Dwell, Apartment Therapy, McMaster Car but I found the screen while skimming through a B&H Catalog and the beauty of it is all 3 screen cost less than $300 Bucks!

Breathtaking view, I almost missed the beautiful interior.
Wood flooring on the ceiling in the bathroom is pretty neat.
As a whole it isn't really my style but you have beautiful bones - Congratulations.
Very tasteful, and I love the bathroom ceiling paneled in the same wood as the floors throughtout the apartment.
It's just a shame that the rug in the living room sitting area is so undersized.
My gosh that is a stunningly gorgeous place. It doesn't look small to me. You were correct to decorate minimally, the view is enough. I am insanely jealous.

This might be my favorite! It made me happier just seeing all that light and color. So well done.
Oh wow, love this place and what I love about it is the judicious use of color. By keeping it largely white and then pairing it w/ the Zebrawood flooring helps to keep it all warm but not darkening it much if at al then using pops of bright green and ultramarine or lighter shades of blue w/ brown, it all works wonderful.
Your general style is one I like very, very much indeed. It all seems to have a cohesive feel to it.
And that view, it puts my view to shame and it's a nice view in and of itself, just not an in your face kind like this, wow.
I'm actually in aw of it all.
I really like the bed linen, also the splashes of green throughout.
I love the bathroom. Is the tile Heath Ceramics? Also, I'm looking for a similar vanity/sink/faucet. Who makes these?

I wish I'd had a place like this when I lived in SF! Not that I could have afforded it. It's beautiful. I especially love that bathroom. And the view is killer.

That is a million-dollar view...but I don't think it'll help you win "small cool." It would have been better to post another image of what's cool about your small space. It is beautiful!

I think the vanity/sink/faucet look are from Ikea. However, I browsed their website and it seems that they no longer sell that faucet.
Beautiful home. I LOVE the splashes of green. Although I do agree I would rather see another picture of the interior rather than of the view.

A fantastic apartment to go along with a fantastic view. The use of this space is so unique. It gives the feeling of a much larger apartment. The pull down TV screen is a great idea.

It's not my style (I prefer a men's club look; leather chairs, bronze statues, oriental rugs, antique walnut tables, etc.) but it looks great and it's very nice so I gave you a thumbs up.

I'm sure you have heard it enough but this apartment is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It's so nice to see so many splashes of the bright green, it's my favorite color. This so far is my favorite apartment I've seen on here. I love the modern look... the simplicity... the view... and the wood floors. Stunning.

I was there when Jordan and Larissa first purchased this small apartment. It was dark inside and nothing interesting beside the spectacular view. Now the space feels much bigger and light full than ever...with the great touch of the best happiest designer family that I know of! I love you guys..miss you a lot! :)
