What was one of the biggest challenges you faced in furnishing your Small Cool home? As a graphic designer, I know that color and space is a different beast when it comes to room design. The anamorphic effects of lighting on composition, depth, and paint color, continues to elude me and is my work in progress. Luckily for my obsessive lighting re-installments, my husband is becoming quite the electrician.

My husband bought me those from a little shop on Water St. in Stonington CT. He got a pair of beetles (on each end of the couch), and a large leaf pillow [in the middle for them to b(ee)attle it out]!

Yes, I LOVE the wall color! And I really love whatever you did behind the bed. Is the fabric the same color as the wall? It's very cool. And then you layered a photo on top of that? It's hard to tell. I wish I could see better pictures. Your whole place is so beautiful.
