Who Lives Here: Larissa
Location: Cabbagetown — Atlanta, Georgia
Size: 893 square feet

What is your favorite element of your Small & Cool home? The 15-foot tall ceiling and massive windows that make my place look much bigger than it actually is. I also love the original brick wall that reminds me I live in a small piece of history — they date from around 1885, when this place was a cotton mill that used to be the center of my neighborhood.

What was one of the biggest challenges you faced in furnishing your Small Cool home? The biggest challenge is the fact that you practically see everything from every corner, you can even see the closet from the living room. So it took me a while to find things I loved and would look harmonious together. But I enjoyed the editing process and loved waiting for the perfect piece to show up on eBay!
