Color Inspiration: I love color and not ashamed of it. Once I found and fell in love the pillowcases I found, I went from there in planning her room.
Give Amy & Avery a THUMBS UP if you think this room belongs in the finals!

amy, the murals are divine. avery is a lucky li'l so-and-so!
Wow! Amazing colors, very inspiring not to be afraid of saturated hues.
The tree is so cool! Really neat cartoony-goth style, so fresh.
love the colors in the room
where are the pillowcases purchased?
We have the same pillow cases, they are from kukunest.com. Super great quality!
This room is amazing! I would love to create something like this for my daughters!
Any tips on the lanterns on the walls (they don't look like decals)? How would a non-painter go about learning how to paint them?
simple, bright and fun. easier said than done. good job!!
Where did you get that pretty dresser from?
Thank you all for you wonderful comments about Avery's room! Sorry for the delayed response to your questions, I actually had baby #2 this past weekend. So as you know things are not normal for me yet.
Questions:
1. The bed is from Pottery Barn Kids; Kendall w/ Trundle
2. Pillowcases are from Kukunest, thanks for answering that one MissyW. They are great quality!
3. The lanterns are not decals. Unfortunately I would not be best to offer advise on recreating them other then hiring my muralist, lol! But you may want to consider using real lanterns, I really wanted to hang some but since we live in FL a ceiling fan is essential so the lanterns would not work.
4. The dressers is from Ikea Hemnes collection, I love the quality of it. So much so I bought the 8 drawer version for my baby's room.
Thanks again for the comments and the votes!
