There's nothing better than relaxing in a warm sauna. Like a nice glass a wine, you can just feel stresses of the day fall away with each bead of sweat. For now we'll to have to make do with the sauna at the gym, but while we sweat it out at the Y we'll be daydreaming about this hot space.

The mPulse from Sunlighten features a bio-feedback-enabled system that wirelessly captures your heart rate and calculates calories burned. The data sent to a personal wellness website, where progress can be tracked. Instead of using hot rock or steam heat, this sauna uses infrared, which two studies have shown "significantly increase circulation, improve heart health, and aid in weight loss."

Infrared also allows for customization. Through an LCD touchscreen you can fully customize the type of heat relief you want -- near, mid, and far infrared -- with each targeting a different goal such as skin purification, pain relief, weight loss, improved circulation, and blood pressure reduction.
