The Snowcrash Soundwaves are from Stockholm, but we had trouble getting to their website. They are also available at the Apartment Store (no relation) where the 23 inch squares cost $120 apiece.

A friend has an audio guy in Florida using panels just like that from a guy in PA. They make all diffent shapes and sizes and ship pretty quick. They have designs that look like waves and rock and even alligator skin. I found pics on facebook under cutting edge doors.
