Solar Powered Charging Stations Coming to New York Parks

Borne out of the Sandy aftermath when everyone needed to charge their phone, AT&T has partnered with Pensa to bring solar-powered charging stations to parks and venues across New York. Each station six USB ports and are powerful enough to work on cloudy days. With two or three stations per location, they plan to have 25-30 units up this summer.
