(Note: This is an update review for Sonrisa. First reviewed on 3.23.04) If you are looking for the nicest refinished, vintage metal furniture as well as new metal based on the same designs, this is the place. Vintage metal desks, chairs and storage cabinets don't just look like new, they look better with a slight patina of age showing through the shiny finish. And if you don't want to spend quite so much money, Sonrisa's new furniture collection does justice to the genre. New desks starting at @ $1,100 and vintage starting at @ $1,500. "Committed to promoting vernacular American industrial and institutional metal furniture," Sonrisa has grown over the past few years and introduced an online store that sells lighting, toys, office accessories and other metal ephemera.
