They look fancy, but they're still a 1-bedroom loft, probably ~1000 square feet. I'm sure the same in Manhattan would be twice as much....
There is 1000 SF in that living room and kitchen alone. Add all the additional levels and I'd guess this place is far larger than 1000 SF. How do you know if it is 1 bedroom?
If you buy a residence here do you get some free monthly studio time?
It looks to be really good size, with quality finishes and fixtures... a heated patio off the kitchen? And are the two bottom pictures of the views? I don't know how much better you could do in Minneapolis, either. Beautiful home.

That amount of money in Manhattan gets you a 1 bedroom, no views and neighbors below that play their music loudly.

This place would cost twice as much in Miami, Chicago, etc. and 3 times as much in NYC.
Me? I'm guessing - I went to the SF MLS and looked it up, and the description cites only a master bedroom and a "mezzanine". Also, I'm in the housing market here in SF - $1.35M doesn't buy you much more than 1 br and maybe 1000sf in a fancy new view loft in SOMA. And I can't imagine these are priced significantly below market. So. I don't know - just a series of educated guesses, and a little legwork to get a good description from a listing site.
The interior finishes and plumbing fixtures would suggest that the developer didn't skimp on aesthetics and longevity. Plus, that view! I think this is a MAJOR steal, especially considering the price tags of the surrounding "luxury condos."
