I just saw this exact thing in Chelsea (Ninth Avenue and 19th St.) today! Sorry, I can't remember the store's name, but perhaps another reader can. (It's not La Cafetiere, but the other store, about a block south of it. )
I think I've seen it in a Sundance catalog or Napa Style catalog but it's not on their site.
