Most moderate to high-end furniture manufacturers don't purchase their hardware off the shelf - They create and manufacture their own designs specific to their furniture lines...
...so it's unlikely that these pulls are going to be available without purchasing the dresser to go along with it.
I'm goiong to have to agree with bepsf on this one. I've been looking for greek key that look sort of like the ones pictured and have come to the conclusion that they probably don't exist to buy off the shelf. You may want to try searching for vintage hardware to find something you might like.
Good luck. Maybe you could do an oversized Greek key pattern on the front like this instead?Seems like it would be a pretty straight forward DIY project.http://www.houzz.com/photos/156152/Nikki-Side-Table-contemporary-nightstands-and-bedside-tables-other-metros
Or instead you could use something like these. These are sold but it's a more readily available style.http://www.historichouseparts.com/images/VDP0216-10.jpg
