Have you thought about doing an Alchemy request on Etsy, or finding some fabric and having them tailored?

If you have access to a top-loading washer and are feeling a bit crafty, you could dye a nice set of white sheets. I did this recently to make a matching duvet/sheet set using fiber reactive dyes from dharma trading and they came out flawless- no streaks or uneven tones. If you use proper dye (i.e. not the stuff at the grocery store) and follow directions, you get a very good, long-lasting result.
I found these at Crate and Barrel, but they're in the outlet section and they only have twin left, which is almost certainly not what you're looking for:

And I'm not sure if this is quite the colour you're looking for (on my monitor it's a fairly vibrant olive). But if you're near a Crate and Barrel store, it might be worth checking to see if they have some stock in other sizes.
Try The Company Store's site: www.thecompanystore.com
I've bought several olive green color sheets from The Company Store. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their sheets are exceptional.
I don't think olive green is a very popular color right now. I wanted an olive green velvet bedspread and I started looking months ago, but haven't been able to find anything. I have since modified it to include any olive green bed spread or duvet cover, but haven't had any luck at any price either.
Hope you have better luck with sheets!
I've gotten mine, multiple times over the years, at either Tuesday Morning or Marshalls. Great sheets, small price.
I'm going to second Marshalls /HomeGoods.. I got a set of olive green 450 t/c's last year for something like $35. queen sized. When I moved, I painted my bedroom light aqua, so they no longer match and I switched to white, and again, bought at Marshalls.
I think it's best to look in stores as the images online may or may not represent the colors accurately.
Bed, Bath and Beyond seems to carry a variety of shades of green sheets.

i second the suggestion to dye your own fabric. it's the best way to get the exact color you're looking for, especially if you're using cotton.
buy the sheet you want in white and the dye at an art supply store. don't be afraid to mix colors if they don't have the perfect one.
you can either use the washing machine or just a big tub. tub: make sure to unfold the fabric and move it around constantly while it's in the tub so it doesn't become blotchy. (if you use a washing machine it will agitate it for you)
washing machine: you'll have to reset the cycle several times before it drains so the dye has time to set. lastly, rinse in hot water so all of the color leakage happens before it's on your bed. easy!
