Q: I have a gigantic poster coming my way 30”x60” and I am need of a cheap hanging solution. I think these bars are perfect but my internet searches aren’t returning anything. Does someone know the technical term for them or a source?

It might be a Banner Retractor?
Picture rails? Cb2 sells them, though maybe not in the size you need.

Is your poster heavy? If it is, I would be careful as to which hanger you buy - the grip on them is not great for heavy posters, speaking from experience.
A cheap solution I did was heading to the hardware store and picking up some wooden rods and nail plates - nail the poster ends to the rods with a cord to hang it up and hey presto works a treat and so cheap. This option does rely on the poster having linen backing.
Another good idea: cafe rods. you can tape or clip the poster to it.
