Q: I'm wondering where I can find this type of tile for my kitchen backsplash. It's sleek, modern and would look really great in my kitchen. Any ideas?

These narrow tiles are often expensive -- your best bet is to visit tile suppliers throughout your area and hope to find a discontinued or overstocked supply.
Shaw Floors has something similar, the tiles are a little wider and it is more of a "mixed texture" look....but love them!

Hi, They are great (but not cheap) and you can find them at Ann Sacks:

Actually we seriously considered doing our bathroom in these tiles just a different color. We saw them and price compared them to the ones we bought at Home Depot and Lowes. I know the big box stores are not very popular, but honestly, I loved the tile, they were local, they were not as expensive as tile stores and they look great.
Buytile.com might be a good place to look. This is similar:

Architectural Ceramics is my goto tile resource in the Washington, DC Metro area:

I found a narrow tile I really liked at our local Daltile store. Its called Lavastone (voguebay). It looks like polished concrete (or available in matte), and the line includes very narrow tiles.

The tile stores also have a lot of exciting options. Best of luck to you.
We recently purchased tile in this lay out from Home Depot. Ours is a mixed glass and marble, which may not be to your liking but I recall that they had all marble or all glass in this lay out as well for about half the cost that I had sourced it at at specialty tile stores.
I used the narrow tile in my kitchen, and was greatly helped by ana@naturalstoneoutlet.com---great prices, great selection.
btw: a picture of my kitchen tile is on the naturalstoneoutlet.com website: under testimonials, photos, linear, caymen: my kitchen is the second photo ---you can see the countertop, cabinet, some pottery, and the caymen tile in a linear pattern.
Lots of tile manufacturers call this shape listellos - might help find some bargains.

Pratt & Larson carries narrow tiles too
Try www.glasstilestore.com... they have a big selection of skinny tiles.
Thanks, everyone! I will check out all of your suggestions!
