Q: While shopping today I discovered this gorgeous blue bistro chair. It was a quarter of the price of those Anthropologie outdoor bistro chairs I've been pining for but unable to afford. So when I found this chair for only $35 I was ecstatic — but there was only one! An exhaustive internet search left me with nothing. I still don't know the name of the set or where to buy them! Any help?

I believe this (or something very similar) comes from World Market -- http://www.worldmarket.com/home/index.jsp - good luck!
no help, but what a striking blue!
I found something strikingly similar! Hope this helps.. http://www.gardeners.com/Bistro-Set/Furniture_MoreFurniture,38-694,default,cp.html
Good Luck! She looks vintage.
If you can't find a match, it would actually look cute mixed with similar chairs in other bright colors. I know FerMob does similar ones, though they can be expensive. Flora Grubb carries some pieces, and I got a fuschia side table from there on sale a few summers ago.
Yes, world market--I have four of my own. on clearance for $35.
I would find some that are similar and paint them all the same color, don't be matchy matchy.
This craigslist seller appears to have 2 very similar chairs....scroll all the way down to bottom pictures. Perhaps they could ship them to you. Hope this helps!

i think the manufactuer is FERMOB and the model is "1900"
The Alameda Antiques Fair has a lot of this stuff. They're only once a month, but might be worth it if you want to bargain some cool chairs down to lower than $35 a pop. I've also seen similar chairs and sets pop up on SF Craigslist, but you have to search often and be pretty specific with your searching. And be willing to spray your finds down with a can of Rustoleum. :)
You may also check your local Home Goods store. They have a similar inexpensive style with bistro table and chairs....not quite as cute as your chair but might blend nicely!
It's not quite the FERMOB chair... the seat has a different pattern and the FERMOB chair has more embellishments (plus it's expensive).
I'm with Crabbit - find another brightly colored parisienne armchair that coordinates with it and go mismatched.
Or search for 'parisienne chair' on Amazon or Etsy... there are some slightly less expensive options there that you could paint to (almost) match.
World Market! I have two of them, in red, and they are darling...They were on sale for $35 each, plus I used their $10 off a $30 purchase coupon, so I got each for $25!!!
Also check Hobby Lobby, I've seen green sets of chairs and tables there that were inexpensive, but I'm not sure if there were any other colors. If not, there's always steel wool and spray paint :-)
Ballard designs has bistro tables and chairs - http://www.ballarddesigns.com/outdoor-dining-collections/cafe/
