Source for Shallow Organic Sheets?

Q: I am on the hunt for organic bedding for a twin size bunk bed. The catch is that the mattress is a bunk size mattress that is 6" deep. Most fitted pockets on a twin fitted sheet fits up to a 15" deep mattress. I have looked for RV/camper organic sheets and found nothing. I know that IKEA has shallow mattresses but they don't sell organic sheets. Help - I need a shallow organic sheet set!

Can you try to use some of those elastic holder/clamp things that are made to hold mattress pads on? So it pulls the sheets tighter?

I searched etsy.com for " organic custom sheet " and found several sellers who make custom bedding in organic materials. Maybe they can make a set for you at a price less than what they charge for the duvet, bed skirt, etc.
