Q: I saw photos of this lovely apartment in Finland on a blog and wondered who makes that small black pendant! Can you help?

Nomade Express Slee...
That's Verner Panton's Flowerpot pendant.
edmarch is correct. You can purchase it here for $370:

heehee It looks like the security cameras I see in department stores. hahaha!
I have this pendant above my sink! I love it. I got mine here: http://www.lumens.com/Flower-Pot-Pendant-by-andTradition/uu395388/product
I was thinking the exact same thing. :)
Hmm this Verner Panton VP1 pendant (and the knockoffs on ebay etc) at take just a 40-watt incandescent bulb. I worry that's not enough light for my dining room (although it might be just enough for the table itself.)
It's a Verner Panton "Flowerpot" - One of our prides ;)
The pendant comes in various sizes and colors. I got two in black as well. They give a really relaxed and light. Check out:

it might be possible to bump up the visibility by installing up to a 150w compact flourescent bulb that uses 38-42w so will not overheat the fixture. the light itself is black, tho
@ amisdottir that's a great idea. But the pendant lamp is small, (only 6" high) so I wonder if a (bright enough) CFL would fit inside it.
I don't own any CFLs so I don't know for sure, but the ones I've seen in stores were usually bigger than normal incandescent bulbs. I did a search and found CFLs that are smaller: "medium" (26mm / 1"), "intermediate" (17mm / 0.6") and "candelabra" (12mm / 0.5"). Do you think those would work?

Another update: Like I said I don't own CFLs but now after some research I'm seeing that they change color and dim over time. Maybe an LED light is a better idea....
