Q: I was wondering if anyone had any idea where to get a poem made into a wall sticker or stencil that I can paint? Like the text in the photo shown here. I have a poem in mind that I've been obsessed with for years. It would look amazing in my dining room. I would prefer a stencil so I can actually paint the letters/words on the wall but I'm open to the idea of a wall sticker.

most sign companies, not sure of the ones in your area, but something like a fastsigns, or even staples should be able to work w you
Talk to local art galleries. They get those printed for the walls of shows all the time.
I just ordered a custom stencil from a website called stencilease.com. It was only one sentence but was fairly easy and it looked like you could do much larger ones as well. Good luck!
another way, although more tedious, would be to get a stencil letters, and do it letter by letter. Those you can get at Home Depot.
Making sure the spacing between the letters and aligning everything straight, might require a bit of planning.

Etsy alchemy. Post what you want and people will respond. I'm sure you can find someone that could easily make a wall sticker. Might not be that easy to put it up though.
You could always just print it on transparency film and project it on the wall then paint over it.
I've gotten them at Fastsigns. http://www.fastsigns.com/Custom-Labels
http://www.fermlivingshop.us/stickers/ is a great website to try. A little pricey though

reasonable, with (multiple) font selections and embellishments.
good luck!
(p.s. they also have trees, large flowers, stars, etc. their website is ugly but the products are nice)
A local sign shop, like Fastsigns locations, should have the capability to create custom cut vinyl lettering that museums use. It comes on a backing and you just burnish it to get it to adhere to the wall. It's not very expensive, either.
A local sign shop, or etsy.com
Fast Signs, for sure. I've done it many times through them. Tell them you need a stencil bc there is a special sticky paper that isn't SO sticky that it leaves residue or pulls up your paint.
Our local sign store made several sets of words for signage on the walls in our library - they're basically rub-on decals, very easy to apply and reasonably priced. They can be removed by heating the letters with a blow dryer and rubbing them off.
I recently found out about a Canadian company who does amazing murals of any size from the image you provide. They might be able to help you with your project. It is called "wallyouneedislove" and I posted some pics:

Good luck!
Lots of good ideas here. What's the poetic object of your obsession?
Wallwords does custom work-check it out!
I second whatisblik.com they make great products!
You can use vinyl and transfer paper and DIY if you have or know anyone who has a Cricut!
should be easy. there are too many artists that are starving.
Etsy would be the best bet. If you haven't been to that site, you are in for a treat! WonderfulGraffiti.com used to have the BEST stuff, but I think that Mary folded. It is a pity. I think that Wallwords took over some of her business, but she had such a great eye for layout. Really, try one of the artists on Etsy...either use alchemy, as someone already suggested, or else search on wall decoration or decor or something, and you will get a lot of hits. Good luck!
I am going to third/fourth/fifth Etsy.com.
If you send a message to the store owner with your question they should be able to provide a quote. Stencils may also be created - anyone with the laser cutter should be able to get your stencil done! Or vinyl stick on.
As a person who works in a Museum with those "fancy letters", I second a place like FastSigns or JiffySigns or whatever print/sign store you have in your area.
They can be pricey depending on the amount of text and letter size. The materials are cheap, but it takes them hours to "weed" the unused vinyl out from between tiny letters.
Etsy alchemy - it's amazing! Plus you can work with each individual buyer to specify what you want and in what price range.
I've found that custom stickers for something of length to be cost-prohibitive, at least for my budget. I got creative, using overhead transparency sheets on which I printed my quote. Using an X-acto knife, I cut out the stencils. I then taped the sheets together to make the stencil one sheet. You can get stencil paint and adhesive [for attaching the stencil to the wall] from any craft stores. The result was exactly what I wanted at a cost of less than $20.
just google wall murals. you will find tons of them. etsy has thousands of them in very good prices. I think that blik is kind expensive for what you're looking for..
I've used SayWhat? Lettering from the Mad Stencilist.
If you have illustrator, you can layout the type yourself and send to a sign company to output. I have used Toll Graphics - now in emeryville for vinyl rub down letters in the past. The size of the output is limited and will need to be broken down in sections to fit. If you call and talk to them they can give you specs for output. If you install yourself - make extra sets of common letters, sometimes edges get lifted if not rubbed down right and will need to be replaced.
A less complicated option would be to have it digitally printed on canvas, background color can match wall if you want to blend.
