White Enamel Four-P...
Totally adorable and comfortable, it really feels livable! I guess I only gave it a 'cool' because it seems like some place one of my design-oriented friends would have (that I would be envious of, sure) but doesn't floor me and intimidate me. I guess that's a compliment!
I love your use of color! The baby blue with red really works.
Groovy - Loving the mix of vintage and new
Your fancy silhouette of chalkboard paint over the small table is fresh & fun--I like it a lot & I've gotten pretty tired of chalkboard paint in general. LOVE the color choices & the white framed art display. Very cool.
I love all of it, except the photo of the corner with instruments. It just looks a little piled up. The rest (including color) is terrific in my book.
Excellent use of color, vintage and new, and artwork!
Love it!
Love the wall color ! Where did you get that low white cubed bookcase? Im guessing Ikea...but do you know the name?
Best answer for "the advantage of small" question!
I would have given this a Super Cool for Josh's answers alone. Then I saw the pictures, and it really is Super Cool. Good colors.
This is the first entry that really made me smile. I love it because the occupants' personalities come through. Looks comfy, welcoming, and fun.
happy, hip, and homey
This just spoke to me somehow. Fun, lively, fresh. I'm so jealous! I love your place.
"Where did you get that low white cubed bookcase? Im guessing Ikea...but do you know the name?"
IKEA Expedit
I need to know the brand name and color of the blue and the green wall paints you used. They are beautiful
i really like the white frames...been looking for some just like that!
Great art and colors -- minus points for 'instrument corner.
I voted cool! I'm jealous of everyone's colored walls. How do renters get away with it? I live in a duplex next door to my landlord, so I can't exactly sneak a paint job...
HA! I voted SuperCool solely based on the best aspect of small living "No need to yell".
Very cool indeed and what I like about it is that the place, while it has a funky, groovy vibe going for it, looks pulled together and not just random stuff in an apartment of both vintage and new items.
One of the things that works here is that the couch, a large dark brown velour sectional does not crowd the room, or so it appears in the photo like the sectional I have does. Another thing is that the section being of a solid color makes a statement while mine is of a very subtle, nondescript beige pattern that simply isn't doing a THING for me, nor makes any kind of a statement but simply being too big for my room. :-)
It's that kind of eye that is used here to good effect, getting pieces that DO work and finding other pieces to go with it. I'm sure it was not all planned and such but some of it probably came about through happenstance but still, it all appears well put together and add to that, you did a good job with the color choices, choosing colors to work with the brown pieces for an overall cohesive look.
Good job.
Well holy crap, switch your colors around, and we've got the same house!
We have a robin's egg blue living room, apple green kitchen, and yellow bedroom. Needless to say, I love your palette. And you have a great eye for artwork.
Super cool, indeed.
Ow, love your dining table!
I LOVE your apartment! Great couch...great colors...great artwork. SUPER COOL.
nice, the colors are inspiring!
I love your center piece on the dining table. Love the bold colors and how well it works with your furniture.
Yes! Quirky! Fun! Vintage! Personality! Clinic!
Man, this is great. It looks used and fitted and livable.
It looks like YOU, (whoever you are) and doens't look like a boutique hotel. LOVE IT.
I want to see more, though.
omigosh... best best best. :)
Without a doubt, this made me smile. What a great cheerful place!
Fun-ky!
