In college, I sold a large spoon collection I had had throughout childhood. It consisted of spoons from years of family vacations and gifts from others' travels and was displayed in a handmade wooden rack. It's one of those sales you come to regret, but I just couldn't find a way to display the collection that suited my evolving tastes. Oh, if only I'd seen this back then:
This beautiful crocheted garland literally links a spoon collection together and makes for a charming and stunning display. Created by Denise of Freshly Found, we love the look of the old spoons along a delicate white line. It looks like her collection is pretty large, as the garland seems to stretch on and on. We'd love to see where and how she hangs this - isn't it pretty?

It IS so pretty! I have a collection from my childhood too (people would bring me one back from vacation, etc), and it's sitting in a box in my basement. I've got to try this - would be neat strung across our white brick fireplace!
