Spring Books

It's refreshing to take down the paper snowflakes and change the books on our seasonal shelf. We're adding a few new books this year and this are what you'll find on our shelf:

Yellow Umbrella: An award-winning wordless picture book that comes with a CD of classical music to be played while it is read.

The Carrot Seed: A simple little classic with a profound message.

Taro Gomi's Spring is Here is small, but enchanting, taking you right through all of the seasons.

Spring from the Gerda Muller collection. These are also wordless books with a soft sense of wonder.

Birds by one of our favorite authors, Kevin Henkes, has some surprisingly beautiful imagery.
